Start your trip at Port Crescent State Park where you can launch on the Pinnebog River. Follow the river down to Lake Huron. On the way you may see an eagle or other wildlife. At the mouth you can go west and pull up on one of the nicest beaches in the Lower Peninsula. Take a swim, skip some stones, explore the sand dunes or pick some wild blueberries before heading east back toward Port Austin. On the way you will pass Broken Rocks where you can explore cool rock formations.
